At Stay Strong we want you to shop with confidence. We offer a 90-day quality guarantee from the day your order arrives, in addition to any rights granted to you under applicable U.S. federal and state law.
What the guarantee covers. The TwistPro™ is covered against manufacturing defects: a frame or bearing that fails, a broken resistance cord, missing parts, or an item that arrives damaged or incorrect.
What it does not cover. The TwistPro™ is exercise equipment, not a treatment. We make no promise of physical results — inches, weight, body shape or fitness level. Results depend on each person's consistency, diet and overall habits, and vary from one individual to another. Refunds are not issued because the product did not produce a physical result.
Also not covered: normal wear, damage from drops, misuse, modification, use beyond the 300 lb (136 kg) maximum capacity, or commercial use.
Conditions. To be eligible, the item must be returned complete, with its accessories and its original packaging, together with your order number or proof of purchase. We may request photos or video before approving a return. Items purchased outside our official store are not covered.
How to request a return. Email staystrong@use.startmail.com with your name, order number, reason, and photos or video if there's a defect. Once approved, we'll send you the return instructions and address. Please don't ship anything back before you receive that approval.
Damaged, defective or incorrect items. Check your order on arrival. If it's defective, damaged, incomplete or the wrong item, contact us within 15 days with photos or video. Depending on the case we'll send a replacement, a partial credit or a full refund, and we cover the return shipping when the fault is ours or the carrier's.
Return shipping costs. If you return for a change of mind, return shipping is on you. We cover it for defects, transit damage, incomplete orders or our own error.
Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you the decision. Approved refunds go back to the original payment method within 10 business days; your bank may take a few extra days to show it. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Cancellations. Orders can be cancelled before they ship — email us as soon as possible with your order number. Once shipped, you can return the item following this policy.
No recurring charges. Every purchase is a one-time payment. We don't enroll anyone in subscriptions or automatic billing.
